Freeman Regional Health Services is a rural healthcare facility comprised of clinicis in four communities, a hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and independed senior living apartments. We serve Freeman South Dakota and the surrounding communities who chose us for their healthcare needs, of all ages and demographics.
Our mission is to provide high quality and compassionate care for all ages in order to positively impact the lives, health and wellness of our patients, residents, employees and communities.
