Since 1999, the French Immersion School of Washington (FISW) has helped over 2,000 local children to develop into open-minded, creative, and compassionate young people. These qualities are more valuable than ever as our students navigate an increasingly globalized world. FISW is a nonprofit, bilingual French American school proud to serve over 200 students in preschool through fifth grade. Located in Bellevue with a mission to provide students with an excellent bilingual education, we provide a welcoming environment that encourages critical thinking and curiosity. Our community represents an economically and culturally diverse group of families, and our tuition is kept purposefully low to make the school accessible to as many families as possible. Fundraising helps enhance our programs, enrich the educational experience for our students, and provide tuition assistance.
