Our mission is to protect animals and residents by creating a healthy and safe enviornment for all.  We were established as a no-kill 501 C 3 not for profit organization in April of 2003. Our goals and vision is to find dogs and cats that are destined to be euthanized in local high kill shelters and give them what they need to make them adoptable pets.  This includes (but is not limited to) any and all medical issues, vaccinations, tests, micro-chipping and fecals. When we have room we do take in owner surrenders. We also work with our local animal control facility to take in adoptable cats and dogs before they enter a high kill shelter.  We have grown each year and are now in the process of renovating a large 8400 square foot barn to house 22 dog kennels (we currently have 14 older dog kennels). Our current dog shelter will be turned into an isolation area for intakes.  We also have a 1400 square food facility that houses 80-100 cats and kittens at any given time.  We focus on cats and kittens that are living outside without a home.  We also hosted a Trap/Neuter/Return program for outside cats, giving wild (feral) cats a chance at a healthier and better life.
