The Palacios Library is founded and funded by local indivisuals who believe that everyone should have access to improving their lives through literacy. We serve our multi-cultured population through offering access to free services that advance eduation, technological access and entertainment. Our goal is to equip individuals with the information and resources they need to advance the quality of their lives.
