Friends of Skinner West is a parent fundraising organization for Skinner West, a local Chicago Public School in the West Loop. Skinner West has been designated a National Blue Ribbon School. 28% of the students we serve are living at or below poverty level and our school consistently performs at the top in both Chicago and Illinois. It is our goal to help meet and exceed the needs of the school, while nurturing our students through extra curricular activities and educational opportunities.
