ARTICLE I - NAME
The name of the corporation is Friends of Syracuse Latin, Inc. (the "Corporation"). The Corporation represents Faculty, Alumni, Community Members, Educators, and Students of the Syracuse Latin School, an elementary school in the Syracuse City School District located at 345 Jamesville Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13120.
ARTICLE II - PURPOSE.
The Corporation fulfills all of the functions traditionally ascribed to a "Parent Teacher Organization." The purpose of the Corporation is to support the education of students attending the Syracuse Latin School.
