I am the Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Garner Middle School. Every day our teachers come to work they are affecting a child’s life. They put in countless hours beyond the school day either grading papers, attending choir rehearsal, on the football field or planning lessons that are going to impact their student’s future. The last couple of years have been especially trying during the pandemic. During this coming season, we would like to be able to honor our teachers in every way possible. As I am sure you are aware, funding for schools is very limited. I am asking for a donation of gift cards/tickets. We will have a holiday gathering for the first time in two years. We will have random teacher name drawing to give out these giftcards. We hope to gain enough for every teacher and staff member but any donation would be accepted and greatly appreciated. If you do choose to make a donation I would be able to coordinate with you on how to pick it up.
