Project Graduation Celebration” for the senior class. This is a structured Drug/Alcohol Free all night gathering, consisting of games/activities/refreshments, and will be held on graduation night following graduation ceremonies. It is endorsed by the State Department and the Kentucky State Police.
By having this celebration, it is our aim to provide the seniors a safe, fun and memorable graduation night. The Kentucky State Police reports in the counties that have held “Project Graduation” celebration on graduation night, the fatalities and injuries among the members of the graduating class have been practically non-existent.
The success of Project Graduation is dependent upon the generosity and loyalty of supporters within our community and surrounding areas. There are no public funds available for Project Graduation. The estimated cost for this year’s Project Graduation is $10,000. Students raise a large portion of the money through various fundraisers held throughout the school year. However, your contribution of donated money and goods does assist in meeting the financial goal of this event.
