Garrett Elementary School PTA is a non-profit organization (Tax ID 00005073, EIN 23-7153652) in North St Louis County. Our mission is to provide both educational resources that will help our children reach their full potential and recreational activities that will engage our community. We are proud of our school and seek to support Garrett's goal of making students lifelong learners equipped with 21st century skills for success as global citizens.
Each year the Garrett PTA plans an annual budget that funds numerous events including the Winter VIP dance, the Spring Family Night and the annual Trunk or Treat. These events encourage family engagement and strengthen the local community.
Garrett PTA also provides financial support for our school and teachers. We have recently purchased drying racks for the art classroom, playground equipment, and benches for the school’s new outdoor classroom. In 2023 we hope to raise sufficient funds to purchase another bench for the pre-kindergarten class and equipment for the after-school STEM program.
