Gateway Children’s Services' mission statement is "A Lifeline for Change". We provide programs and services to Kentucky's children who have been abused, neglected, abandoned and were exposed to alcohol and drugs in utero and they are in need of a qualified residential treatment program (QRTP), emergency shelter, alternative to detention program, therapeutic foster care, adoption services, outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse programs.
