George Kennedy School Council is in the process of organizing our seventh annual FUNraiser!  This is a fun filled day for the community at our school which includes crafts for kids, games, a bake sale, silent auction, outdoor activities and a Georgie Raffle (Georgie, the giraffe, is our school mascot). We have a school population of over 400 and we are lucky to have 400+ attendees every year.

Last year this event raised over $8000 which was used to purchase an additional set of Chrome Books for our students. Additional funds were used to fulfill teacher wish lists and subsidize school trips. This year our school community is looking to focus fundraising efforts on: robotics resources, naturalizing school grounds and again providing funding for school trips.

In order to make this day a complete success, we are looking for your support. We would appreciate a donation of gift certificates/passes or merchandise for our silent auction or to be used as prizes. As we are a charitable organization (#107462301RR001), a tax receipt is available when requested in writing with the dollar value of the donation included in that request.

Your support is extremely valuable to us and we appreciate any donation you are able to offer.  George Kennedy’s FUNraiser will take place Friday, May 3, 2019. Our mailing address is noted above.
