Georgia Coalition for Higher Education In Prison (GACHEP) is a coalition of people impacted by the prison system, faculty and staff at Georgia Universities, and other Georgians who believe all people deserve access to higher education. We are committed to supporting people while in prison and after prison of their pursuit of higher education as well as providing resources and services to their families.
This request is in support of Amachi ("One Friendship, Two Lives Changed"). We help children address barriers , impact their future and challenge the cycle of incarceration by providing them with friendship through a caring adult mentor.
