The German School is a non-profit organization in accordance to Sec. 501(c)3 IRC, Tax ID 58-1542599, and an accredited Saturday morning school (accredited through the Georgia Accrediting Commission) offering a unique educational experience in a genuine German environment with native speaking teachers in small classes. German is offered for native speakers and as a foreign language from 2 years of age through the adult level. The School also broadens the student’s appreciation and awareness of another culture in a friendly and natural setting. We are unique in offering foreign language instruction to younger children and, at the secondary school level, complement German language programs in Atlanta area schools with recognized AATG and DSD tests.
Our annual biggest fundraising and cultural event Spielstraβe is taking place on May 11, 2019, from 10:00am to 1:00pm. This is a school-wide event for our approximately 400 members. Every year, we are holding a silent auction and a raffle to raise money for our school. This money supports our teacher training, classroom material, funding of German language library items; just to name a few. All funding will be used to enhance our students’ educational experience at the German School of Atlanta.
We would be tremendously grateful if your company would be able to give us a corporate in-kind donation in form of tickets to Medieval Times. All donations are tax deductible.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
With gratitude,
Susanne Estrella
