Girls For Technology is not just a nonprofit; it's a movement dedicated to leveling the playing field in STEAM and tech-related industries. Located in Hartford, CT, we are a dynamic nonprofit organization with a mission to empower women and girls, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, to thrive in STEAM fields. Our multifaceted programs, including K-12 STEAM initiatives, Pipeline 4.0, and Building For Equity, are designed to equip participants with essential workforce skills while supporting the growth of small businesses led by Black and Latino women in the retail sector.

We believe in the power of coaching, financial management tools, mentorship, and networking to create a brighter, more inclusive future for women and girls in technology and entrepreneurship.
