Dear Friend of Glendale,
On behalf of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of Glendale Spanish Immersion Elementary School, we are writing you today to ask for your donation and support towards our 2022 Silent Auction. Funds raised through the auction directly benefit Glendale’s students and teachers by providing essential resources such as technology, teaching assistants, and teacher training conferences. Generous donations from the community have enhanced our classrooms, our curriculum and, most importantly, the educational experience for our children.
Glendale is Nashville’s first Spanish Immersion Elementary School. Our students learn Spanish and English in a dual language environment. Embracing the uniqueness of our school, the PTO strives to be the connection point for the school and enhance the students’ and families’ experiences at Glendale.
Glendale families take great pride in supporting local businesses and organizations, and we trust that the public schools in your community are important to you as well. All donations are tax deductible. Attached you will find an auction donation form. We ask that this form be completed for each item to ensure our auction catalog accurately reflects the items being donated. We ask that you retain a copy as your receipt for tax purposes also. The Glendale PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization and our tax ID # is 84-1657366.
