The Guardians Dance Team was established in 2016 when Glenn High School first openend in Leander, Texas. The 2021-2022 Guardians Dance Team consists of 24 dancers and 7 managers and is under the Direction of Katie Reeves and Lindy Foster. Guardians exhibit Resilience, Integrity, Dedication and Excellency in all they do.
Throughout the year the dance team performs at football games, basketball games, pep rallies, and community events. In the spring, the Guardians compete against other dance teams at two local competitions. Spring show finishes out the year showcasing many of the dances the team has perfected throughout the year.
Every other year the Guardians are given the opportunity to travel and perform a routine they have worked on. In 2022, the team will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to Hawaii to perform at Pearl Harbor.
