Imagine a generation of children who are confident in their abilities, socially responsible and inclusive, poised, developmentally healthy, care for the environment, and have artistic sensibilities. That is the motivation behind everything we do at Golden Bridges School. Plus, we are San Francisco’s first urban farm school! And we believe that everyone should have access to the education we offer; in offering sliding scale tuition, no family is turned away due to financial circumstances.
To further the work of this extraordinary, non-profit, independent school, we are organizing our Third Annual Plant A Party fundraiser. It will be held on March 25th, 2017 at the Italian-American Social Club. It will be an evening of great food, wine, entertainment, and friends.
Plant A Party provides vital funds for school operations, teacher salaries, and school supplies, and helps to bridge the gap for our essential tuition assistance. For the past three years, hundreds of parents and local residents have attended and bid on silent and live auction items to support our cause. Last year, we had over 100 people in attendance and raised over $80,000. This year we hope to exceed that, and the success of our event relies on the generosity of our community. Please, if you can, consider a donation Plant A Party. In appreciation of your contribution, you will receive valuable exposure both in our program and at the auction. It's a great opportunity to publicize to an attentive and appreciative audience.
Below is an auction commitment form. We are happy to help arrange pick up of the donation, or, if possible, you can mail it to the school.
