Golden Valley Health Centers’ (GVHC) Gala and Golf with a Legend weekend events are on October 26th and October 28th! The events are dedicated to providing much needed financial support for the patients of GVHC. Your sponsorship, donation and participation is critical in helping us fulfill our mission of providing exceptional health care for those who need us most. Attached you will find more information on these events. Please confirm your sponsorship by completing the enclosed sponsorship agreement form. If you are interested in donating, please complete the enclosed donation form. Gift certificates/cards, gift baskets, bucket list items/experiences are welcome for our auction.
