Visit Our Website We are an mentoring/asset development organization that receives girls ages 9-13 and follows them to age 18 inspiring our girls to break the glass ceiling and soar towards their destiny of greatness and purpose. We do this by equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in any environment. Eight (8) essential assets are the core of the program: support, empowerment, boundaries/expectations, constructive use of time, commitment to learning, positive values, positive identity and social competencies. These key areas will strengthen young girls belief that GOOD Girls do GREAT Things.
GfG is a preventive program that is designed to match qualified mentors with young girls as they journey through their tween and teen years. We follow a curriculum to build the assets within each girl which is reflected through their behavior and character. We believe the more assets that are developed the less likely our girls are to engage in self-sabotaging behavior.
GfG has an interactive curriculum to support their FIT (Financially Intelligent Teens) Program and the MAPP (My Achievable Professional Path) Program, which teaches our girls to be financially savvy and prepared for their future by introducing them to various professions.
GfG stresses leadership and community service which are key in building confidence in our your girls and helping the community as well.
