Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is a non-profit organization and an independently run member of Goodwill Industries International. Funds raised from your donations stay in Arkansas and fund programs to help Arkansans overcome barriers to employment. In 2022, 6,027 people were provided education, training, or gained employment through our programs.

While the revenue from the retail stores is a major funding source for our programs, there are other ways to give to Goodwill. With your support, we offer life-changing opportunities for individuals seeking education, training, and employment to better their lives, their families, and the communities in which they live.

The Academy at Goodwill provides opportunities for non-traditional students to earn industry credentials and certifications for jobs that offer a living wage. From business administration to healthcare, IT, and skilled trades, we offer affordable and accelerated opportunities for students to advance their careers and secure employment. The Excel Center® at Goodwill is a tuition-free school for adults 19 and up who want to earn a high school diploma. Our school "meets students where they are" in education by providing a flexible structure and supportive relationships to help students manage work, life, and family as they achieve their educational goals. Career Services help those in need get started on a pathway to a new career. Services are available in 34 locations across the state and offer career assessment, counseling, coaching, interview preparation, job readiness training, job search, and resume assistance. Reentry Services assist justice-involved individuals who are reentering the workforce and community. We offer paid job training, barrier assessment and removal, career planning, and job search assistance.
