Mission: to reduce the impact of poverty on our community by helping Southern Nevadans obtain local employment and upward mobility.
Vision: a thriving Southern Nevada community where every person who wants to work is employed and able to reach their full potential.
Values: mission first, act with integrity, own it, innovate with impact and live to serve.
We serve the community by giving them access to our career training centers to assist them in gaining employment. We have training programs to support Certified Nursing Assitant, Medical Assistant, and Stagehand training and special programs in veterna assistance.
