Grace Cottage is a small, rural, independent, non-profit hospital in southeastern Vermont. We serve the population of 26 surrounding towns, with over 31,000 patient visits in our Rural Health Clinic every year. We have 13 primary care providers in our clinic, including two psyciatric nurse practitioner - our mental health practice is embedded in our primary care practice. We have a 19-bed hospital, and a 24/7 Emergency Departement. We have 14 outpaient and inpatient physical and occupational therapists.
We treat all patients, many of whom have Medicaid and Medicare insurance, so our reimbursements do not cover the cost of care.
