Grace Home Ministries is a non-profit 501(c)3 serving teen mothers and their babies for over 10 years. In the last decade, our community has helped mothers graduate from high school, go on to college or pursue a career, get married and have successful lives. On an even deeper personal level, donors like you have enabled Grace Home Ministries to provide emotional, physical and spiritual support to young girls in seemingly hopeless situations. Together, we have helped teen mothers beat the odds. We have multitudes of "nameless" beneficiaries whom we minister to thru education when we visit schools or churches as a group, and sponsor approximately 10 applicants (+ baby) who are pregnant per year to participate in our "in-house program" with an assigned personal Mentor. The results are life-changing, not only for the young teen mother, but also for the baby and for the father of the child if he participates as well.
