The mission of the GPISD Education Foundation is to promote educational excellence and to inspire community ownership, committment, confidence, and pride in the GPISD. The foundation exists to serve the 27,000 students attending public schools in the district. The foundation's fundraisers serve to provide a layer of support that the district operating budget is unable to reach.
