Grayslake Youth Baseball Association (GYBA) is a community-focused organization with a guiding principle of supporting the development of our youth; both on and off the field.
Our Directors, Coaches, and Family Volunteers commit to fostering an environment that is safe, organized, fun, and welcoming to all participants.
GYBA’s core values are Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Inclusivity, Community, and Diversity as we strive to be an organization that prioritizes player experience and development over all other outcomes.
