For over 35 years, Great Explorations Children’s Museum has brought innovative hands-on educational opportunities to local youth while providing families with invaluable support services that promote safe and healthy caregiver-child relationships. Great Ex is more than just our incredibly fun exhibit floor full of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) based activities – we also provide various programming throughout our community including:
Fully funded field trips for Title 1 schools
Community & school outreaches bringing museum activities to families and classrooms
Specialized days and programs for special need families to explore and learn in an accommodating and sensory-friendly setting
