Great River Homes, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides residential and in-home support services to 69 children and adults with disabilities. We have 6 homes in Wabasha, MN and 2 in Lake City MN. and in-home support through out Wabasha County.

Our Mission: The mission of Great River Homes, Inc. is to support the lives of people with disabilities in Wabasha County through person-centered services.

Our Vision: The vision of Great River Homes, Inc. is for all people with disabilities to live, learn, work and enjoy life in the most intergrated settings with full community inclusion. 

Our Services: Our residential and in-home services include; Supported Living Services, In-Home Family Support Services, Personal Support, Respite Care, Independent Living Skills and Semi-Independent Living Skills.
