We bring vibrant professional theatre and dramatic education beyond the boundaries of Boston, featuring world and regional premieres alongside fresh interpretations of familiar work. Within this setting, we uniquely foster the artists of tomorrow by providing ongoing performance and employment opportunities to our company of current and former students.
Greater Boston Stage company attracts over 50,000 patrons each year. Our year-round educational programming provides performance arts educations to children K-12. Ticket sales and tuition only cover a portion of our annual operating costs, and your philanthropic generosity is crucial to our success. As we keep the magic of theatre alive in the greater Boston area we also offer free workshops in schools, financial aid of up to 100% for students on our programs, discounted tickets to students and seniors, and free tickets for low income families.
