Harford County Education Foundation provides tools and resources to support students, with an emphasis on students in poverty, in achieving educational excellence. Programs provide needed resources and mentoring to students to help them with academic achievement and to build college and career goals. Students are supported through the process of identifying career goals and working toward college access.
