I am writing to you on behalf of the Grice Middle School PTA. The proceeds from events will benefit our students and school. Since we are a non-profit organization, we rely upon fundraising to assist with advancements, field trips, awards, deposits for upcoming events, etc. We are dependent upon local businesses for donations and are hoping that your company/business would be willing to donate to this worthwhile cause. Your contribution affirms the purpose for a program designated to provide effective communication and top-notch support to our students, teachers, parents, and the community in which they reside.
Moreover, if your business is looking for a cost-effective way to advertise within your own community, look no further! Supporting the Tricky Tray Gala is the way to do it! By simply donating a goods/service, gift certificate, check or purchased item in your business's name, your flier, brochure, business card, etc. will be included at our advertisement table and your business name/logo will appear on Grice’s social media pages, as well as in the Gala Brochure.
