We improve the lives of patients and our larger community through medical education, research, outreach and philanthropic support of Gundersen Health System. The proceeds of this particular fundraiser is used to assist patients of our healthcare system with unexpected expenses such as medications, transportation, medical equipment, etc. We are putting together a Chicago Get Away Basket for the raffle and hope you can help us out with this effort
