Rooted in Quaker values, GFS unites play with academics in an environment that inspires respect, reflection, and confidence in young children.

Our foundation is the Quaker belief that there is "that of God" in every person. In keeping with that belief, we treat each child as a special individual. We help them develop a love of learning, and nurture a caring awareness of the broader community through service. The curriculum is based on the Quaker testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship, and is communicated through playful learning and hands-on discovery. Children are inspired to learn through the natural setting of our campus. We encourage a strong sense of school community, strive to be intentionally inclusive, and give children skills and opportunities to become peace makers.

GFS students use their foundation of curiosity, caring, and a love for learning to develop their talents to the fullest and to become responsible global citizens who contribute positively to their chosen communities.
