HABcore, Inc. by providing permanent, supportive and affordable housing to veterans, families with children, and individuals with special needs who are experiencing homelessness, helps move from them crisis to stability, offering them the opportunity to improve their lives.
Currently, HABcore provides a safe and stable home to approximately 700 families, veterans, and individuals with special needs including 147 children, in three counties. According to the most recent Point-in-Time Count there were over 10,000 homeless persons in New Jersey and 1,053 in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
For nearly 37 years, HABccore has been at the forefront of combating homelessness, responding to the growing needs of the most vulnerable members of our community. As we continue to expand our reach, our mission remains steadfast, to restore dignity, stability, and hope to those who need it the most.
