No matter who you are or where you come from, everyone deserves a decent place to live. People in Habitat’s Homeownership Program partner to build brighter futures for themselves and their families. We work with individuals who might not otherwise qualify for a traditional mortgage. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat Bucks’ shared equity, land trust model now permanently preserves the affordability of our homes.
We offer home repair services in Bucks County to homeowners in need of affordable interior and exterior home repairs and modifications that increase the safety, accessibility, condition and livability of the home.
With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
