Our mission is to build homes, communities, and hope for local families. We build safe and affordable homes in 42 cities and towns throughout Worcester and Middlesex Counties of Massachusetts. We partner with families earning 30-60% of area median income, who do not qualify for other mortgage programs and are faced with living conditions that may be too small, cost more than 50% of income, or are unsafe. With our help these families are more safe, secure, and stable and have more resources left over for food, medicine, transportation, and the inability to save for education.
