We are celebrating our combined 150th anniversary of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism and Down Syndrome. We are proud to have 59 group homes and 9 apartment programs in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area and employ over 550 dedicated staff members serving 360 people with 24-hour staffing in our group homes and apartments. Additionally, 1,254 individuals and families in Minnesota know Hammer through our case management and care coordination services.
