Hand Up Network is a non-profit ministry committed to helping those experiencing a tough season in life to have hope for their future and a process to achieve it.  Supportive, "whole-person" programs focus on the practical, physical, and spiritual well-being of those we serve, and provide a "Hand Up" while acoiding the traditional response of a " Hand Out".
