To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of Ambuehl Elementary School and the Ambuehl PTA, a non-profit organization, we are seeking to foster neighborhood support and link our school community with local businesses. In order to continue offering educational programs not part of our district’s school-wide budget, we rely on the support of our local businesses’ generous donations. By contributing to our Annual Silent Auction, your business will have the opportunity to advertise, gain community support, and be recognized by our local families and patrons as a supporter of education; thus, making a difference in a child’s educational experience. We are seeking donations such as: gift certificates, event tickets, autographed sport memorabilia, and business products and services. These will be auctioned at our school’s fundraiser.
Due to budget constraints, extra educational programs are not always available; however, our children’s needs remain the same. The profits from Ambuehl’s upcoming auction will directly fund our kindergarten through 5th grade Music Program, Reading Program (which increases student reading skills and highlights the importance of reading), Science Program (which gives students a novel, interactive, and fun way to learn science) and Art.
Our Annual Silent Auction begins May 17th and will raise financial support for our school programs. In order to have our Silent Auction ready to accept bids, the PTA must have donated items by April 17th.
