The Mission Statement of The Festival Chorus is to: Enrich the musical lives of our members and the local community; Inspire excellence in choral music through live performances; Educate our members and the audience and obtain their support. The Festival Chorus is a community chorus that rehearses and performs at Harper College in Palatine. We are a part of the Continuing Education department at the college. We accept anyone who loves to sing and appreciates good music and live performances. We perform two major concerts each season accompanied by a professional orchestra and hire professional soloists when the music requires them.  Our fundraising goal is $10,000 to assist with general operating expenses including paying our orchestra and soloists. All donations are acknowledged in the event program and the concert programs for the following two performances. These programs reach approximately 1000 people.

The Festival Chorus is an adult community chorus. We are requesting donations for our silent auction to assist with general operating expenses including paying our professional orchestra and soloists.
