Dear Sir or Madam,
On May 13, 2022, Harrison Parkway Elementary is holding its 11th annual PARTY ON THE PLAYGROUND. Funds raised during this event will help various projects the PTO pays for each year. Including library books, playground equipment, student activities and teacher requests we get throughout the year.
We plan to have all sorts of vendors to create a very fun atmosphere! We are hopeful to have hundreds of attendees! This year we are hoping to build on the success of last year’s Silent Auction. The Silent Auction had been a huge hit in the years past, bringing in thousands of dollars for the school. We are asking if your company may provide a gift card or products that we can place in our auction. We have an ambitious goal set for this year so all donations are certainly appreciated! Our silent auction serves as a great way to enrich your company’s relationship with the Fishers Community and we will gladly share any company literature that you provide along with your donation.
