Harvest Ridge Elementary school provides education to approximately 650 students in Pre-K through 5th grade.
The overall objectives of the Harvest Ridge Elementary PTO are:
To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community.
To promote communication between parents and teachers.
To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.
Sponsor and promote fundraising projects for the school.
The primary goal for fundraising events at this time is to purchase a new INCLUSIVE playground for the kindergarten students. The current playground does not allow for kids of all physical abilities to easily play and explore.
