The Heart of the City Race. HOTC is a non-profit race to help the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and Kids Feeding Kids organization, also St. Jude Children's Hospital. The 5K, 10K and 15K courses are certified residential courses through the beautiful Heart of the City in Burnsville, Minnesota. "The Heart of the City's (a 501c3 charity) mission is to support organizations that empower individuals to enhance their health, end childhood hunger, and overcome hardships, thereby improving the lives of children and their families. This will, in turn, strengthen the communities in which they live." The event is 100% volunteer supported.
