Visit Our Website The mission of Heartland Counseling Servcies, Inc. is to provide quality outpatient counseling, education, community service programs, and prevention services to individual, groups and families and to provide consultation to community organizations. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and elders.
Heartland Counseling Services, Inc., formerly known as the Tri-County Guidance Center, was established in 1977 and primarily serves the residents Nebraska that include the counties of Dakota, Dixon, Thurston, Burt and Wayne counties. They serve Rock, Cherry, Holt, Keya Paha, Brown, and Boyd counties through their O'Neill, Nebraska and Ainsworth, Nebraska offices as well. Heartland in South Sioux City is located in a tri-state area that includes Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota and do serve individuals whom live in all three states.
Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. is a Region 4 state of Nebraska provider in the areas of mental health and substance abuse issues. Heartland Counseling provides intensive outpatient programs, outpatient therapy, prevention and educational programs, community support services, day rehabilitation, medication management, and crisis intervention to ALL individuals in need.
