Hearts of Compassion is an orphan care ministry at Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Ridgeland, MS. We endeavor to bring awareness to the orphan crisis across the world. HOC offers matching grants and no-interest loans to families seeking to adopt children in need of forever homes. Each year, we host one major fundraising event in the fall, which funds most of our activities throughout the year. All proceeds given to HOC are for the benefit of adopting families- we have no overhead costs and are fully volunteer-run, including our board members.
