Our mission statement is: Providing education, support, and resources to our community to help more cats live full and cherished lives.

We do this in several ways:

      • we rescue cats and kittens from overcrowded "kill" shelters, due for euthanasia, and foster them to find adoptive homes While in foster they are microchipped, vaccinated, vet-checked, spayed or neutered and socialized. Our Adoption Center is in PetSmart Seal Beach.

  • last year we purchased a mobiel spay/neuter clinic and have already altered over 500 "community cats"; thereby helping to stem the cycle of proliferation of homeless cats. Our TNR (trap-neuter-release) clinics cost about $3,000 each and we strive to do them twice per month, using donations & fundraising.
  • We provide "pet therapy" for seniors in assisted living facilities, usually in the memory impaired unit.  (Westmont Cypress and Sunrise Senior Living Seal Beach).
  • We assemble and provide DIY Kitten Care kits for those who find newborns, to keep them out of the shelter in the first place.
  • We provide education and resources for scout troops buy offering tours of our adoption center (they earn their animal care badges).
