The Hellenic Classical Charter School will provide a diverse student body with a rigorous education in a dynamic environment. Using a standards-based curriculum,
enriched with the Greek and Latin languages, and the classics woven throughout, students will engage in dialogue using the Socratic method to become critical thinkers. Students
will become college and career ready and well-prepared to succeed and contribute to the global community as responsible citizens. Our students learn Greek and Latin which enhances and enriches the schools’ already rich and challenging curriculum.
The Hellenic Classical Charter Schools – Staten Island (HCCS-SI) Parent Teacher Association will be hosting its annual fundraiser on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Grand Oaks Country Club. This is our largest fundraiser for the year. This event involves hard work and coordination from our parents, students and teachers who volunteer their time to make this fundraiser a huge success.
HCCS-SI is a recognized 501c3. This year, all fundraiser proceeds will go to purchasing new books for our school's main library. This will add value to our students’ long-term academic experience and make sure they become lifelong readers.
