HOPE is a growing network of all-volunteer peer support groups for parents and guardians who are concerned about behaviours of their teen or young adult children ages 13+. Issues of concern include youth mental health, addictions, conflicts with the law, school challenges, and more.

HOPE offers hope, encouragement, resources, and education in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to parents from all backgrounds and walks of life.

HOPE groups meet weekly, year-round. We offer both virtual and in-person meeting options and there's never a wait-list. Meetings have a reliable structure that is action oriented while also being friendly and relaxed. In addition to meetings, members benefit from proprietary materials, between-meeting peer support, curated resources and referrals, workshops, and professional presentations at HOPE's highly regarded annual spring conference.

HOPE supports the parent's sense of well being while encouraging parenting strategies that foster healthy parent-child relationships and nurture resilience, resourcefulness, and pro-social behaviours in the young person.
