Helping Restore Ability (HRA), a non-profit in Arlington, Texas that assists low-income individuals with disabilities of all ages. We do this by providing personal attendant and home health care services at no cost to the client to help the child or adult remain as independent as possible so they may continue to live in their homes, go to school and/or work, and most importantly maintain their independence and dignity. Helping Restore Ability serves people of all ages, with all types of disabilities, and in all counties in Texas. We have been an organization for 47 years.
