We are a non-profit community clinic licensed by the Department of Health Care Services. Ever since our founding in 2007 we have continuously received strong support and financial investment from our community.
As a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we have been proven to provide the highest quality care and services that are tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
