We are a small neighborhood organization in the Hermosa Neighborhood. We are an all-volunteer advocacy organization who provide resources to our community. Our mission is to fight for a better quality of life for our residents, this includes our youth who are day in and day out being lured into gangs. Being a small organization, we count on the generosity of our community and local businesses in order to be able to fulfill our mission. We do not have the funds to be able to print fancy flyers or brochures but we do the best we can. We won our first grant that enabled us to begin a youth afterschool program and have a space where youth can come for tutoring or simply for a safe space. With this grant, we started youth programs: to sewing, 3D printing and cricut - a way to help them pivot their thinking and hopefully try something new. This is just the start but we hope to do more should we win another grant. At our end of year Holiday Fundraiser in 2024, having Medieval Times tickets for a family of four (4) would be a huge draw as a raffle item. We hope you can consider helping us out.
This is a very early request for our Holiday Fundraiser at the end of the year in December and hope that Medieval Times does InKind donations for nonprofits. We will not begin the planning until end of summer/early fall so we do not have the event flyer.
